Frequently asked questions
User Verification costs $0.50 for each registration, and $0.02 for every verification. Discounts are available for large volumes and enterprise. Learn more on our pricing page.
It depends on how a company integrates Very. If a platform uses the Very SDK, users can complete all actions totally within the platform itself, no third party needed. If it uses the Very OAuth integration, users will have to use the official Very app.
If a scan fails during the verification or registration process, a user will be prompted to try again. If that additional scan fails, they will be blocked from taking that action. If an authentic user has ongoing issues, they can reach out to support@very.org for assistance.
Platforms do not receive any biometric data. Platforms only receive a pass or fail state, as well as platform-specific VeryID.
Platforms integrating Very will receive bespoke support in getting their integration set up from the Very team. This includes live support through chats, integration help, and regular check-ins.
User verification does not:
- • Share raw biometric data. Platforms only receive a pass or fail.
- • Collect identifying documents. Very is a biometrics solution, not a KYC provider. Palm Models are only linked to an account, not a device or document.
- • Prove a user is a real person without an account. User verification is ideal for platforms that require accounts. For verification that is not linked to a specific account, you should use Very’s Liveness Detection.
