VeryAI Named Biometrics Solution of 2026 by AI Breakthrough Awards

We’re excited to share some big news: VeryAI has been named the Overall Biometrics Solution of the Year in the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards.

The AI Breakthrough Awards honors the top products and technologies in artificial intelligence. VeryAI’s biometric identity verification that allows companies to separate people from bots has been enshrined as an essential solution for the internet, alongside other industry leaders like Okta, Niantic, and Superhuman.

What VeryAI does

VeryAI helps companies tell the difference between people and bots to prevent spam, fraud, and manipulation. Essentially, it verifies three things:

• If an action is being taken by a real person;
• If an action is being taken by a real, unique person;
• If an action is being taken by the same real, unique person that previously signed up.

We do this through a unique palm biometric scan that can be completed on any internet device with a camera. Palms are extremely unique and are hard to spoof — even more so than faces, which are often used as LLM training data — and generally remain stable for life. The result is an extremely accurate proof of personhood that is more than 10x more accurate than facial recognition.

All users need to do is complete a quick, two-second scan on camera with their palms. Their data remains private — data about users isn’t stored, and palm images are translated into irreversible representations that can’t be reverse-engineered.
